Hours & Times

Check-out: 10:00 a.m. | Check-in: 7:00 p.m. We operate rain or shine.

Cancellation Policy

21+ days in advance: 100% deposit refund. 8–21 days: 50% refund. 7 days or less: no refund. Cancellations must be made by phone (218-404-8303) or email (booking@laurentianadventures.com) during business hours — we do not accept cancellations via text or social media.

Deposit & Damage Hold

A $250 deposit is required at the time of reservation. A $3,000 damage deposit hold is collected by credit or debit card at pick-up ($1,500 with AdventureAssure Upgraded Protection). The hold is released after inspection if no damage occurs. The credit card used must match the ID of the primary driver.

Refueling

You must refuel the vehicle before returning. If you fail to do so, an $80 refueling charge will be applied.

Vehicle Cleaning

Renters are responsible for cleaning the vehicle before returning it. A free wash station is available at the campground — plan on about 30 minutes. Vehicles returned dirty may be charged up to $150.

Age Requirements

Operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. You must also be 21+ to carry a minor passenger.

Travel Radius

All rides must remain within 50 miles of our Gilbert, MN outfitter location.

Trail Rules

Stay on marked trails. Respect wildlife and other users. No alcohol or controlled substances. Follow all posted speed limits and signage.

Check-In Details

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation start time. Your adventure begins at the start time of your reservation, so arriving on time means getting the most out of your day. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. and check-in begins at 7:00 p.m.

Weather Considerations

Minnesota weather can change quickly. We ride rain or shine, but will cancel for severe weather (lightning, high winds, etc.). Dress in layers — forest temperatures can be 10-15°F cooler than in town.

A Word About Iron Ore Dirt

The Iron Range is infamous for its red, iron ore dust, dirt, and mud. When you ride, wear clothing you won't mind getting dirty — because you will never get them clean once iron ore gets on them. Trust us, we've tried everything.

When you get home, do not wash your riding clothes in the washer — they are hand-wash only. Iron ore dirt can transfer to your washer and get your clean clothes dirty too.

Restrictions

  • ·Children must be a minimum of 46" tall to safely ride as a passenger
  • ·This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
