Everything you need to know to make the most of your Iron Range adventure. Safety first, fun always.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (18+ to operate, 16+ with guardian)
  • Signed liability waiver (available online or at check-in)
  • Closed-toe shoes (hiking boots recommended)
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Credit card for damage deposit ($500 hold)

What's Included

New Polaris Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) (2-5 seats depending on model)
Full tank of fuel
DOT-approved helmets for all riders
Safety glasses and ear protection
GPS unit pre-loaded with trail maps
Basic tool kit and first aid supplies
Emergency communication device
Pre-ride safety orientation and trail briefing

What to Bring

Valid driver's license and credit card
Weather-appropriate layers (it's 10-15°F cooler in the forest)
Sunscreen and bug spray (seasonal)
Camera or phone (waterproof case recommended)
Snacks and water
Backpack or bag to secure belongings

Policies & Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

7+ days: 100% refund | 3-7 days: 50% refund | <3 days: No refund. Weather cancellations eligible for rescheduling.

Damage Policy

A $500 hold is placed on your card at booking. Normal wear is covered. Damages are assessed at check-out and charged to the damage hold.

Age Requirements

Operators must be 18+ with valid license. 16-17 may operate with parent/guardian signature. Passengers can be any age with guardian approval.

Trail Rules

Stay on marked trails. Respect wildlife and other users. No alcohol or controlled substances. Follow all posted speed limits and signage.

Weather Considerations

Minnesota weather can change quickly. We operate rain or shine, but will cancel for severe weather (lightning, high winds, etc.). Dress in layers—forest temperatures can be 10-15°F cooler than in town. Check our seasonal recommendations when booking.
